Turmeric Latte Recipe for a Healthy Kick

There’s nothing better when it’s sizzling outside than cooling off with an iced cold turmeric latte.

Give this version with turmeric a try for a healthy alternative to caffeine.  Enjoy!

Iced Turmeric Tea Latte
Recipe Type: Beverage
Serves: 1 serving


  • 1 Numi Organic Turmeric Tea Bag (Steep in 10 oz hot water about 8-10 minutes)
  • 1 tsp. organic turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. organic coconut oil
  • 2 oz. nut milk of your choice (I like coconut or almond milk)
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey
  • 8-10 ice cubes


  1. Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender.
  2. Blend until frothy.
  3. Pour into chilled glass with ice cubes.
