  • Blender
  • Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 bunches Dandelion Greens organic if possible
  • 3-5 cups water filtered
  • 1 apple organic if possible
  • 1/2 lemon with peel organic if possible

Instructions
 

  • Throw all ingredients into blender and pulse until mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into strainer to strain out solids.
  • Pour into glass. Enjoy!

Notes

If you prefer another type of green such as spinach, feel free to substitute.
