Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 bunches Dandelion Greens organic if possible
  • 3-5 cups water filtered
  • 1 apple organic if possible
  • 1/2 lemon with peel organic if possible

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Throw all ingredients into blender and pulse until mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour into strainer to strain out solids.
  3. Pour into glass. Enjoy!

Notes

If you prefer another type of green such as spinach, feel free to substitute.
