- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice
- 3 tbsp Califia Farms Vanilla Creamer
Blend a banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, spinach, cinnamon + coconut water together until well combined. Add ice + creamer, + blend until smooth. Enjoy!
