Three Seed Brittle Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds Raw
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds Raw
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • dash Salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds together well.
  2. Add the ginger, allspice, cinnamon, and dash of salt to the seed mixture and stir well.
  3. Add the maple syrup, vanilla and coat mixture evenly.
  4. Spread onto a parchment covered baking sheet. The mixture should be about 1 inch thick.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Cool. Break into pieces and enjoy!
