Limes do their job in this recipe by helping to promote a more alkaline environment in the lower digestive tract. Ginger supports better immune health, aids digestion, and adds delicious zing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp lime zest finely grated
  • 3 limes peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup curly green kale leaves, torn-up 1-2 large leaves with stalk removed
  • 1/2 cup mint firmly packed
  • 2 cups pineapple frozen
  • 5 drops alcohol - free liquid stevia plus more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blast on high for 30 - 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

1 tsp wheatgrass powder
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp coconut oil
